Capstone Construction & Management, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, has been in the general contracting and management business since 1975.  Under Tim Ciocarlan’s management, Capstone has developed an impressive list of satisfied clients.  Our construction history in both residential and commercial, has led us through projects great and small. Over the years, Capstone has developed an outstanding reputation within the community and has acquired the knowledge of local economics, environmental conditions, and labor resources. In addition, Capstone has unlimited access to contractors and subcontractors in the Jackson Hole and surrounding areas.

Capstone’s management team has a select number of qualified superintendents along with a crew of skilled workers. Backed with over 38 years experience, our superintendents represent Capstone continuously on-site throughout the duration of each project in progress. Our office staff consists of qualified individuals including our Project Team Leader and Estimators.

Capstone Construction and Management has extensive experience in coordination, management of commercial, multifamily and single-family residential projects. Our construction history has led us through projects not only statewide, but through California and Nevada as well.
